My air conditioner has wires, lines and cables coming out of the back - how does your cover deal with these?
This is one of those key areas where purchasing a custom A/C Covers really pays off. Every unit has different connections, wires and cables that connect in different locations around the unit. Based on the model number that you give us we have been able to design our covers to accomodate your individual unit. The dimensional sheets that we use to design our covers is the exact same sheets that your installation company used to install your unit. Since we know how your unit is installed we can accomodate each air conditioner unit, regardless of where the connections are on the unit.
Since each unit is unique we can't state specifically how your design will take this issue into account. We can tell you that generally we will either make a small slit to accomodate the connections or, if need be, we will cut out a small hole in the side of the cover to allow the wires/lines/cables to feed through the side. In either of these cases we will add a velcro strap to keep the flaps pulled tightly together and eliminate any flapping in the wind, etc..
